Losing heart

Hello fellow fabbers,

It seems to be unfolding much to my disappointment that this site has far too many time wasters.

From the meets we've had, which have all been great, the amount of time wasted on others is actually sickening with mails, cancelations... You name it.

Today we spoke to a couple for hours, a new couple. gave them the benefit of doubt, skyped with the lady then sent face pics etc, then their profile deleted and Skype gone

Is this others experience, what can we do? where are there genuine ladies and couples?

Come say hi to us and restore our faith

I like the phrase too!

Met so many at the socials and chatted online who talk the talk but never actually meet.

Each use the site for their own benefit/reason.

If they simply changed their minds on it that's ok. But the regularity of accounts being deleted after pic swap unsettles me

We just wanna meet other cool couples and fab ladies and have a blast but the blast to bull shit ratio is out of control.

Having said that we gotten some lovely mail in the past few minutes. So I'm very glad I posted this thread xx

I actually invented this phrase in the summer of 86.

I basically use it to describe anyone who wont have sex with me. Bloody armchair swingers, and time wasters they are.

Genuine people would obviously suck me dry.

Don't give up hope just yet, there are alot of time waters, non genuine people and profiles, pushy people, arm chair swingers and keyboard wankers here, most who will never meet anybody.

Get better at spotting the messers and filter through to the genuine and quality people that are here that will meet.

Lots of people have "Black only". Maybe they want some banter, some conversation and find it happens easily with someone Irish as you dont have to worry about language etc.

I first heard the phrase armchair swinger while on an alterboy trip in 1983 but didnt find out what it meant until later in 85 so your theory of 1986 is wrong.

ya know somethin op..one thing to bear in mind is that even though sometimes we put a brave face on, and sometimes people pretend not to get flustered because negativity is unattractive, id say pretty much everyone has had days on here that make them feel a little undervalued and unappraciated, but your amongst friends and always believe in yourself because that will shine through and the genuine people will cum running to ya like a lynx ad!!!...stay strong and take a wee break if you get harrased...it works for me!!

I take everything on fab with a pinch of salt. The view I continue to hold is that 50% of the people here are nutjobs, 40% are time wasters, 10% are genuine.

I do most of my playing at private parties. That's the way I prefer it. No let-downs then. Very occasionally, I will meet a couple or a female, but only after chatting by email first and then a couple of phone calls.

Oh and I never, ever get my hopes up. Just in case.

The truth is there are lots of time waster s and so called tyre kickers on here. Then if a guy gets a response he becomes so giddy by times the F or couple feels stalked ... Playing it cool and expecting a hit rate of 1/100 probably eases the pain . The UK IS far better ... For a bloke anyway . In my experience

most of my veries are from social meets and yes some of my veries have gone further but you would never know who I played with and who I did not. What goes on in a meet should be keeped between the people... just my opinion
