Hardest thing about going grey in the process where you are 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 grey before your actually grey.

I must change my requirements to the older ladies now as the teenagers will run a mile....

A Grey haired man can be quite sexy and in a word distinguished!! Think Paul Hollywood or Jose Mourinho and George Clooney, they've still got oodles of sex appeal and very attractive. Yummy I would!

I would love the chance to go grey, but I am that ugly my hair is running away from my face. So mine is shaved off.

I think so yes,, I've yet to see an unattractive Grey haired man..it's the person and not his hair colour really that matters and some of my closest friends are going Grey or totally grey.

Probably not no, I prefer the grey look any day over a guy who colours his hair, I just don't get why older men do that. It never looks natural, ever.

I agree Red, some guys definitely "go grey" better than others. A dear friend of mine is around the same age as me and he's now nearly white all over! Beard & all. At first he wanted to start dying it but we begged him not to.

I was a colourist for years, the amount of times I wanted to say to men,'give it up, you look like a twat'. That would have been a tad unprofessional though.

My sister in law was grey at 17 and gets a blonde colour through her hair to cover it. Try a tight hair cut if it bothers you, it's less noticeable on men that way

It's a slight allergic reaction to the colour. In a salon there are products that can be added to the colour to help desensitise your scalp, if using home colour, ive been told that adding artificial sweetener to the colour helps. Ive never tried it but can't do any harm. Maybe take an antihistamine also before you apply it.

The sheer amount of slagging I would get from friends means colouring was never an option for me lol.

On the bright side, being grey seems to make the hair grow / appear thicker ...

When hair goes grey it usually has a different, more coarse texture so could appear thicker. There's always an upside
