Ud probally be suprised to know the sales of patotes has dropped dramiticaly year on year over the last fifteen years with many comerical patotoe farmers switching to other crops as the rise of rice and pasta drives prices down

Love rosters washed and chipped with the skin on or mashed can't beat a good roasted spud with cheese, mayo,and sweetcorn as a filling or au gratin

These are the Potato rules as carved out by the Aztecs...

1. Thy baked spuds will be halved, flesh scored, smothered in butter then have chopped onion, baked beans & gratedeth cheese.

2. Thy boiled should be steamed.

3. Thy mash will have butter, cheese & chives added.

4. If thy prefers chipped, they will be washed, dried, dipped at a low temperature for 8 minutes, lifted, oil heated to max then refried until golden.

(Always use beef dripping for thy chips)
