So I met this guy right and got on well and verified him and all the rest and soon enough after he asked me to verify his new couples profile. I said no as I had only met him as a single male and hadnt him as a male half of a couple or hadn't met the couple. Then he goes and throws a wobbler cause I wouldn't verify the new unverified couples profile. and said he dint think I'd take a verification so seriously on a swingers site....

Was I wrong not to verify his couples profile??

you where dead right not to verify the new "cpls" profile as the integrity of the verification system is built on trust that everyone used it correctly. ok i know there are lots of profiles/people that have managed to get a fake verification by one way or an other but the majority are genuine. and someone asking for a verification for profile that you havn't met the other person is wrong id report the new profile

I 100% agree with you, you met a single male not a couple therefore you shouldn't verify the couples page as you have know way of knowing if there is a female half or whether she is genuine or not

That is like me asking you to verify me just because I talked to you on here. If you didn't meet them as a couple you are right to refuse to verify them. They will have to get verified by meeting and for couples it's not as hard as it is for single men.

His single make profile. Not the couples profile. I had the single male one done before he asked me to do the couples one.

You were right. Anybody asking for a verification like that should be reported. Who's to say there is a woman or not with him on that profile

Could you not just have still verified the profile and specify that youve only met the male half?

As for those asking for it to be reported, what exactly is the reason for that??

well if its a grey area as to whether or not the person is breaking the rules you can report and in the report tell them exactly she has written here and let admin decide if that person has broken any rules. ( like sending a file to the dpp and letting them decide if they will prosecute )

Maybe reporting might be too far as he COULD be an honest guy, but i think the reason people are asking it to be reported is, if he was trying to pull one over and get a couples profile verified and he is in fact just a male, no spouse ! Then that is completly wrong and is the reason there is a paranoia on the site, because of weird people that use fake profiles

yes what I was thinking. And I would have verified him like that if he hadn't said I won't even display it that I just want the green tick so I'm verified. If the profile had been previously verified I wouldn't have minded.

I get a chill down my back when I see a Thread about verifications. I'm still not right even 7 months after.

Block him and tell us all who he is so we can all block him, if blocking is ones things.

Foxie you were right

You can tell him that if you met him and her you'd be happy to do so and bring her to one of your m&g sometime

Guys trying to act as a cpl gets found out quickly and it will ruin their single profile

As a single male profile who is part of a cpl profile I never mix the two
