Hard to beat a nice piece of steak cooked medium, chunky chips, peppercorn sauce and I love tobacco onions.

Aero cheesecake for dessert.

Ahh - love ribeye with slow cooked red onion. Not tonight though - a tasteless strip loin - hate that.

( and I was the cook )

Funny how people have different tastes..... I hate the smell of lamb cooking and the after taste, and mint makes me gag....

For me ...... Roast turkey on bed of onions and carrots with the neck stuffed with sausage, basil parsley and breadcrumbs, butter rubbed under the skin to keep it moist and wrapped in bacon to self baste cover in tin foil until last half hour, served with roasted broccoli in garlic, olive oil and crushed coriander seeds, roast potatoes and my favourite..mushrooms cooked in white sauce then for after's white chocolate and raspberry meringue roulade...... Yum yum
