Alright folks roll up and impress me with your culinary delights on this bank holiday Monday.

We are having jacket spuds with tuna and sweet corn and salad (and baked beans for hunter). Yummy

Made some enchiladas. Chicken, peppers and kidney beans as the filling with the sauce made from scratch.

I cooked a rack of lamb with a mixed herb, parmesan, porridge oats and cornflake crust. I cooked it med/rare.

Served with baby potatoes, green beans and honey roasted carrots, parsnip and turnip. It was yummy!

(Robbed some red wine gravy from my dad, he's a chef!)

Whole sole on the bone. Partially fillet on one side (think Sole Colbert you foodies)and draw back the fillets. At this point it resembles a rather pleasing part of the female anatomy. Fill the opening with crab meat. Bake until cooked. Sauté some prawns in butter with chopped parsley and lemon juice and sprinkle over the sole. Serve with plain steamed potatoes and perhaps a light green salad. Pinot Grigio or Picpoule de Pinot is probably the best wine.
