why is it no-one uses the new chat rooms when the cams are better quality and private chat is so much easier?

I havent' been in since there was only the directing room, which was too mental for me I'm afriad. If there's now all rooms in there - I'm defo in - there's some stuff to get used to - but I think there's defo improvements and if the cam quality is better - that's a deal sealer!!

I've visited the new chat on numerous occassions, it looks impressive with some new added functions, but the only room that ever seems to be populated is the "Directing Room"

I'm sure in time people will migrate to the new chat.

As the Ireland chat is more local I think for the time being that's where most of us will remain, although I haven't been in the chat much of late!

In summary, yes the new chat is brill.

the best thing is you can actually run both chatrooms at the same time, which might help if people need convincing

usually only directing, i think its cos all the fonts are same colour and couples have to have separate accounts in new chat for both to chat under same name, hence they stay in old chat x

Valid point about 'Site Supporters' but I've got a UK sim and have sent friends on here a supporters code, that's what fab and friends are for.

ADMIN, is aware that there is a request from us fellow users to have the ability to become Site Supporters.

btw folks u don't need to be a supporter to come and hang out in new chat there were loads of non supporter but verified users in irish room there tonight

I was in the new chat this morning and even got chatting with ADMIN who was present, the new fonts/colours are great as is the floating cam window....

New chatroom is cool but noticed one or two probs.The writing box occasionally disappears and private messages are difficult to locate.

Positive side the cams are great and the pokes are fun!!

ps there is the possibility that I am doing something wrong as I am clueless on computers !!

nope I would agree Bradley - Shabba's tip was to leave a small gap at the top of ur screen to see pm's pop up, plus if u minimize ur mail chat window u can see ur pm's then just resize all ur windows so u can see em all - this works if u only have 3pm's max otherwise all ur windows are too small to read

the new chat is good but could be better.

1. the pm's could work better and not have to make main chat smaller to see your pm.

2.when you click on a name it takes you to a profile, i think keep it the same as the other chat.

3. dont wait every 30sec's for another poke lol

Do not change 30 second wait - at first I agreed with Ryan that 30seconds was far to long to wait but my god after two nights of multipul poking I am shattered

Hi peeps

Glad everyone is liking the new chat room and I'm sure it can only get better and better and if we all keep using it, it gives Admin more incentive to make it all the better still.

I personally have had great craic the last few nights in the new room and hope to have many more. Bring in on lol.

New Chat Rooms - for verified members / supporters

• Better cam quality

• Easier to whisper / private message

• Can view cams in multiple room simultaneously

• Can chat in different rooms simultaneously, having different windows opened on one screen

• Can poke people to get their attention or just for the fun of it

But yes the new Chat is great, also ADMIN tends to be in there alot, a voyuer me thinks... lol

It's an opportunity to voice your likes and dislikes.
