I know somebody from my town that I've become friends with, used to bring her up & down to the hospital as she wasn't able to drive for a while due to her being sick from cancer....

She's a survivor of 5 different cancers & still fighting it... I'm very proud of her!

My mother is also a person I was so very very proud of for her fight against Multiple Sclerosis - She had MS for nearly 50 years, was only in a wheelchair the last 13 years of her life - she died at the age of 79!

Sean Boylan for me more although probably more admired than a hero.

I worked for him back in the day and his work ethic ,care and kindness for his clients inspired me. Strict but fair and a real gentleman

my hero's are the people who have been dealt a bad hand in life and fight every day to over come their troubles....also the people who give their time so unselfishly to help people less fortunate than themselves

Lickie Manor

One for the boys:

This maths test can predict your all time hero, and the person you most aspire to be like. Try it without looking at the answers.

Pick a number between 1 and 9

Then x3

Then +3

Then x3 again.

You'll get a 2 digit number.

Add the two digits together to find the person you most aspire to be like.

1. Muhammed Ali

2. Alan Shearer

3. Bob Marley

4. Winston Churchill

5. Elvis Presley

6. Pele

7. John Lennon

8. Bobby Moore

9. Gary Glitter

Let us know how you get on?
