No gym for me. Ever. I eat well and train using my own body weight. The results are both fabulous and stunning.

Some women like gym guys so I tell them I'm a gym guy and it gets me the ride every now and again.

Favourite exercise would be either deadlifts or weighted landmine squat to press.

Favourite muscle group to work on is core, core, core, more challenging the better.

I'm with nosafeword on this. If i haven't been bathroom before my workout i find I'm tense lol. Nothing like a good clearout before a heavy workout. Plus less chance of letting rip if u are pushing ur boundaries weight wise.
