Breakfast of choice

The most important meal of the day...so they say.

Mine is porridge with crushed seeds chopped banana and honey with warm milk.

This morning after a 10km run its bacon and scrambled eggs.

What's yours?

Low carb is great for anyone looking to lose weight and you feel great on it

After about a week of low energy your body adapts to it and energy goes thru the roof

Couldn't recommend it enough
