I remember Playaway...rainbow...and I think the programme was Mary,mungo and midge.

For me it's Parma Violets,

mix tapes (recording songs off the radio with fingers crossed that the Dj wouldn't be talking over half the track),

It actually had a re run a few weeks ago and when I heard the tune it took me straight back to the front room many years ago with my mom knitting 200 rows a minute with out taking her eyes off the TV

And my dad with his cup of tea because he would not drink out of a mug

The memory was so strong I could almost touch it
