Was on fab last night at some stupid hour when couldnt sleep and got a message from a profile with a face picture, as main picture, Of i guy i know But he has nothing got to do with fab. I Messaged him back pretending i didnt know who he was and he fed me loads of lies. Then i txt the guys whos pic it was and he didnt know what i was talking about. And the profile is still there even though ive reported it. Can someone please tell me what to do to get this profile removed???

This happened me; my face pic was up on someone else's profile. I reported it and as I was photo verified showing my face it was gone quickly enough.

I'm not sure though what happens when the person isn't on fab though. So unless the person joins temporarily and gets photo verified to prove who he is then reports it?

Admin get 100s of reports a day and they look into everyone so it may take more than 24 hrs to deal with it.You done the right thing by reporting the profile

Its reported since last night. That is really bad. That is really serious stuff like. This guy has a girlfriend and kids.

What if it actually was the guy u know..... But he didn't know it was you.... Until u actually texted him and then when he realised it was you, he denied being on fab? Lol

Ive reported it twice now.. last night and then this morning when it was still there. Disgusted this hasnt been dealt with. There should be a way to get mails through urgently To admin.

that's why I rarely send face pics,id rather meet in person

there are lots of of folk who demand face pics though!!

so if you really wanna fuk that bad,you should still be wary!

Did you report via the actual profile or by using the 'contact us' button? The second way might get a quicker result.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******

It can take up to 48 hours for Admin to process reports as they get hundreds a day.

Give as much information/proof as you can and let Admin check it out
