"Well if your eircom wasnt fibre then it would have been on a copper cable. The new sky fibre is on a different cable (a fibre cable). So its possible there is a fault on the line. Your phone is probably still going through the two cores on a kat 5 cable to the copper." So is it a waiting game or anything I can do | |||

All these companies are slow at getting it done and also don't like to admit when its their fault for an issue.
