After a conversation at work earlier, ive discovered I'm apparently really mature for my age.. which was surprising, as I'd say I've an immature sense of humour

Just wondering, what do you lot think makes someone mature/immature?

I think maturity is knowing the difference between when to make silly jokes and when to be serious and do what's expected/needed of you.
