That the saying it's raining cats and dogs came from years and years ago when roofs were made out of sticks hay wood ect ! And when it rained animals would take shelter in amongst the sticks and hay soooooo when it rained everything got soggy and soft like a limp cock and the doggies and pussies fell in and fell into the house x

u know when they say opening an umberella inside is bad luck? its not at all that came from years ago stupid feckers thought that the flu came in the rain so when u opened up an umberella inside the house u were bringing influenza into the house

in days gone by people accused of many things would be hung. In order to do this the hangman would stand you on a trap door with a noose around your neck.

Yes from the window tax when we were under British rule. A tax had to b paid on each window in ur house that let daylight in. Hense the phrase daylight robbery
