"Long walks,watching films,wanking and looking for a solution to the thing that's worrying me.Try to get as much sleep as possible even if it's catnaps.Eat well and healthily. If it was something that has an emotional dimension,for example an upcoming death of a loved one,there's not a lot you can do about it except be grateful that you have reliable true friends who know you inside out and can lift your spirits after the event. If it's a non emotional thing like money worries or some fool trying to undermine you,just remain dispassionate,cold hearted,stubborn and laugh in the face of adversity.You are your own person,so don't let someone else try to influence your way of thinking. " I do a fair bit of volunteering in the community and with voluntary helpline organisations for the young old and less priviledged. I find it a great way to take my mind off silly things. Its also a plus plus in that you are helping someone who needs it plus you also feel good about it... Well i do anyhows... Different strokes for diff peoples i guess. | |||
