I'm being taken away for next weekend. But I have to choose where to go.

Thing is I'm totally useless at this kind of thing. All I can think is either Kilkenny or Galway.

Anybody got any suggestions??

Tina

Galway was my 1st thought when Niall told me.

I love the place .

It's looking like where we'll go if we can find a good hotel/b&b.

Derry.. Nightmare to get here but well worth it when you do. Probably the cheapest city in Ireland too

Last year I was going to a stag party in Kilrenny for the weekend... The best man changed the plans 6 weeks before as it was cheaper to go to newcastle for the weekend... Including flights and accommodation we would have paid the same for the hotel in Kilrenny..... I don't want to put you off staying in ireland; just thought I would put my opinion and experience.

"Go to cork city and do belle and hunters social for a few drinks on the Friday! Why not!"

Wise words, if you can do it.

Forget Ireland. Liverpool is the business. Very cheap flights aswell so would prob be a cheaper wknd than staying here and gettin robbed.
