We were given a really great book at college, I think you can download it on kindle from amazon. Will have a look later and let you know the name

Like was said you would be better to learn about nutrition yourself. Once you know the basics you can find diets to suit yourself for different times depending on what you Need

Cheap and cheerful is not the way for nutrition

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration - Weston Price is a good read

Robb Wolf - paleo solution another good one

"Cheap and cheerful is not the way for nutrition "

Financially challenged people shouldn't have an outlet to learn about nutrition no?

Bazinga!!!

I'm always broke so not at all

If you want a personalised nutritionist and serious about competing which it looks like he is I wouldn't go cheap

But for his own information and what works there is plenty of books and great online stuff

Danny Lennon, Phil Learney do great podcasts and blogs about nutrition and well worth it.

Everyday is a school day
