Head is done in!!! Wouldn't mind I took some really strong pain killers an hour ago which in theory should make me drowsy but I feel like i had some expressos instead!!!

How on earth do I keep myself entertained while the hubby snores beside me

Get up in the morning and watch the sunrise, spend all day outside, then watch the sun set, then go in and go to bed.

No, I dont mind being up late. The changes in light will reset your internal body clock.

I'd be lucky to get 2 hours combined sleep a night.

My job is manic (very hard to slow down after it)

Personal life too. A LOT of stuff going on.

It's 100 times harder when there's something on your mind. Went to a pharmacist to get sleeping tabs a few weeks ago . They gave me over the counter herbal stuff. No joke I was AWAKE for nearly 3 days I nearly died

I'd give anything for an 8 hour undisturbed sleep

David Attenborough's voice. I know more about the mating habits of Dolphins than Mr & Mrs Bottlenose.
