apparently its good

Jamalade’s ingredients are simple: 75% fruit and 25% natural cane sugar. To this we add just the tiniest bit of real vanilla and a slight hint of cinnamon

"Been giggling ever since I saw the word jamalade(what is it?). This is how you make yours stand out Laid."

well the jamalade is a recipe for a red onion jam/marmalade that i came up with i took the best bits from about 4 or 5 other recipes that i had tried its not written down its all dont from my head and altered to get the taste right as its cooking. its taken about a year to prefect the final two types.

type one : is a traditonal red onion jam its dark in colour and is sweet.

type two : is more red in colour (differnt type of sugar used) and is sweet and hot as there is chili in this jamalade.

i few people have tasted the jamalades from fab one tasted it at the very start of me making it and 3 others have tasted it resently.

i have been convinced to make it for sale at farmers markets so i'll be giving out free samples to the public soon. i wont be letting fabbers know where as id rather people didnt connect me my jamalade to fab pmsl

*trying to remember the ratios

Soooo that's way less sugar & way more fruit, last time I made marmalade it was 2x oranges to sugar I think. Doesn't it make it harder to spread?

Of course a relish needs a bit more texture over a breakfast spread. If I bring some cheese & crackers to the next social we both attend Laid can I have a bit of your sweet, tangy produce?

Laid I like your idea and you've pitched well. But I just can't see a big enough profit in it for my 20k outlay.

And for that reason, I'm out....
