Yes we're fabbers ultimately all here for the same reason. .but....how much is too much ? I will confess to all that seeing a profile with dozens of actual contacts, not gt meets, can be a turn off and am sure it can be for all fabbers...

I dont think how many meets someone has should put you off. who is to say that a man or woman with 2 verifications hasn't slept with 500 people in real life ? or that the person with 50 veri hasnt slept with 52 in all there life ??

I actually find it laughable that people on this site would judge someone for the amount of meets they had.

I get mails from lads regularly that mention the amount of veris I have, one guy asked me did I walk around wrapped in plastic coz I must be riddled, another guy called me the Ron Jeremy of fab, when I point out that they should have a look at the veris that they are all social, they have all replied "I don't have time to read them" but they took the time to make a snap judgment on me? Drives me mad but their loss.

I wouldnt let the amount of veris put me off any potential meet!

I'm not concerned about quantity.

The quality of the list can put me off though. I reckon most people on here are grand, nice people. But we will all distrust someone on here over time for one reason or another.

If I have grown to distrust someone, then I pretty much rule out all their sexual partners and would never knowingly have sex with someone they had sex with.

for example, if I knew a guy went bareback a lot, Id block all his meets, even though a lot of them probably used protection. The fact they met someone who goes bareback would be enough to put me off them.

I have to be honest and admit that as a newbie I was put off by the number and frequency of verifs on a profile.

But as I got to understand the scene and make so many friends of my own, it's who met who I'm more interested in now and I do avoid certain peeps.

Though half my verifs are social meets I'm still a little redfaced at the volume so never likely to show the summary

So if a person or couple go to let's say 6 parties in 6 months (1 party per month for all you who failed Leaving Cert Maths)and those parties have let's say 10 attendees minimum, and are verified by everyone at these parties then you are looking at 60 verifications.

Now we all know, or at least most people should know that parties are not free for all darkroom gangbangs and therefore the chances of someone playing with every attendee of the 6 parties is highly unlikely.

In the past we have verified people we met at parties but didnt actually play with, but maybe socialised and chatted with at that party. That is normal procedure.

And besides, if someone did play with every attendee at every party they were at then so what?

This is a swing site where adults should be allowed enjoy the lifestyle as much or as little as they please without having someone on their high horse, with an anal retentive outlook looking down at them in a judgemental fashion.

Ok I'm on fab 14 months I have 210 verifications ....but have most taken down and no summary due to the slagging I get about them, 2/3rds of them are social, m&gs, parties I attended but maybe didn't play.... some people said they enjoyed reading my veris and gave them a feel for the type of person I was but for others they could only pass snide comments one female even said I was addicted to them!!!

Then there are people who are offended because you don't display their verification

so it's is a very controversial subject and all one can do is what they think is right....but no one should be judged if there are too many Especially if they are not going to read them!

I'm not even on fab a year and i've over 60 veris....20 from last month alone. I've never gotten a single mail from anyone slagging me that i've too many (maybe I do, but I dont give a fuck) or giving me abuse over my veris, and neither should anyone...whatever their gender.

veris are there to prove you're genuine and active on the scene, and thats how i use them.

A perfectly valid question. Obviously, the more people someone has been with the bigger the chance of them catching something, and then onto you as a result. Thats just an obvious fact.

As for whether there is a particular number in mind? No, and it would be hard to pick a number below which one might draw the line then.

yes if your meeting a lot of ppl the risk of getting something is greater. ...but safe sex and regular check ups should prevent that.... I go to the clinic every 3 months as does my friend sexyheels....It amazes me the ppl that dont bother .....sexual health is so important !
