Just wondering in the light of a certain friend meeting a unsavoury person,how do we warn people about other people...I know in the party circles there's guys couples and the occasional woman who wouldn't be invited...

But single girls mail each other warn each other about nasty meets!!

I totally would do that mail my female friends to pass the word along. It's the only way better to be safe than sorry. US ladies should stick together to many fucking idiots around.

Yes there are some nasty MEN & WOMEN (They do come from time-time)

We also have a poisonous couple well involved with the site/forum.

You should contact your friends (BUT YOU MUST BE 100% RIGHT ABOUT THIS) Not just rumours

We've seen some decent folk "destroyed" here when in actual fact they did nothing!

That's kinda like spreading romours about people unless if it's for safety reasons just because someone had a bad experience with someone else that does not give anyone a right too go bitching about them this is from a couple who has had that experience and ain't pleasant so another words yes for safety reasons and no if you just had a bad experience let's face reality here we all have bad experiences when meeting that's part of swinging

For once I agree with DTG. Some people like to start a hate campaign against people for no apparent reason so if there's proof then pass the info on but if it's someone you don't know that well telling you then I'd be careful about what you repeat.

I generally mail someone. Just say they are flirting on forums I will just send a little "be careful there" mail.after the shit I went through on here over the last couple of years I'd rather give a heads up and say I did warn you.if that's seen as jealousy then so be it

I tried to warm a female on here but back fired at the time but she did apologise at a later stage. So it's a tricky one

For sure fem should advise 1 one another. But I think where possible help one another out after you wouldn't like it to happen to you

I think what's is a cure for some can be poison for otherS! And sometimes it only takes to make one mistake and everyone will go against you! I haven't had any bad experience so far that's not to say it's yet to come, would I like to be warned about yes and no! Too many reasons write down

Have to agree with DTG, there's a line. Trying to destroy someones character is completely different than letting someone know that the person you have met led to a dangerous/fearful/abusive situation.

Deffo have to agree with a few people on this one.. one persons 'nutter' could be anothers persons 'great friend'

rumours on fab are easily spread and most people have things said about them that they have no control over.. and if the persons innocent.. well.. its like a kangaroo court.. hung at dawn with no right of reply..

just be carful, remember theres 2 sides to every story on fab.. maybe 3 or 4 sides if you add in all the rumour whores who like to add we bits on here and there..

I tell my friends if the guy was dodgy. We've all probably had bad meets from time to time but if someone has a nasty side to them and wants to try and destroy your family life and stalk you then yes I do tell my friends.

Guy sits down Longside you that you don't know or have never spoken to speaks to you in crude agressive language an when u spurn these he proceeds to try an force himself on you? And follow you an trys to advance himself at you at any opportunity he gets considered dangerous? The other night got a text saying hi to me using my name and my ex husbands...I nearly died..asked how it was and he said I would have to meet him first on my own... Blackmail...so I did my own little investing and found out who he was..it was a fella on here last year who I had meet a few times....I let him go least year as he had a pregnant and didn't know what he was doing.... I have to be more careful ...we all do..

Nope.. I'd just tell my close friend (so that if she contacts him) he has a heads up that shes potentially just mailing to mess about.

There are females here who only log on in work to annoy/prick tease. No intention of ever meeting but will lead you to believe they will.

There are people on here I'd consider dangerous, intimidating and have had bad (non sexually related ) experiences with.

But they're well liked, well verified and 'popular'. So if you said anything about them, you'd be lynched and nobody will believe you.

If any member has a bad experience on here I believe it's the right thing to do to warn those you know. It's then up to those people to use that information how they chose. The community is small enough for word to get around quite quickly.

It's when it's talked about like this on the forums that, people with no knowledge of what exactly is being claimed can comment on something they know nothing about. Then it gets dangerous and genuine members reputations can be destroyed by mere hear say.

I'm not saying these guys are innocent but it's very easy for unfounded claims to be made so it really depends if you trust the person relaying the information.

This is a very difficult situation we have verified people because our experience of them was good but then you hear terrible things about them! we would hate to think that verifying someone put someone else at risk, however this whole scene can be full of risk so we hope everyone is careful out there on every meet. Apply the same caution, if not more,on here as anywhere else I suppose.
