Just seen a post from someone from "mainland" wanting to bring gangbangs / parties to "Ireland"...

Are we so "backward" here we need others coming over and doing us a favour ??

This country needs to set up a club like the ones in the uk have been to a few.

You pay at the door have a few drinks get to know a few people have fun and go home. They are ran really well door staff bar staff and other members of staff walking around to see if you need any help.

yes yes , but the u k is different in that licences are issued for such places by the borough councils , Ireland does not have any such licences and therefore there is no chance of seeing the same here any time soon . just sayin .

t6he boiler house and ikandi operate under a category for health clubs / sauna type thing . These are businesses whose primary function is to turn profit , like any business . You will find that neither is actually licenced for sex , or if it is , it is for gay sex , which is laughable and always makes me wonder why it is that the law in this country grants necessary licences for gay folk , but no such category of licence exists for hetrosexual sex clubs here . Make of that what you will !

no you dont , unless your neighbours complain and then you run the risk of commiting an offence under the statute books of operating a bawdy house . It is an offence in the republic . The way around this is to have a registered private members club , but then if you do so from a private residence your residence then becomes a place of business with the associated taxes and etc .

"Mainland" aside there was a person willing to set this up not for profit and we seen what happened there. Love her or loath her she ran a good party I believe (never had the chance to experience one thanks to the backward thinking of some) yes these people are profit driven what business aren't. Those clubs that are in operation here presently may be skirting the law fair play to them they are helping to open this country up.

There are gangbangs and parties happening here every weekend by members of this small coumunity enjoyed by a lot. These people in my opinion have their research done I am sure they didn't just decide to head to Ireland for a holiday and while here sur we have a party.

It's quite a divisive term to use. Many in the Republic don't like to think of the UK as the mainland. I've heard loads of debate on this topic in the media before so I'm sure I'm not imagining it. I'm English BTW so it's not an anti-English thing.

as regards why clubs are set up as saunas/gay bar or club is to cover the privacy laws to out a member of the gay community that frequents these premises's is against irish privacy laws and could incur a law suit . as regards a private members club this is now subject to the discrimination laws now on the statute books and there for all clubs are now subject to the 9 grounds of discrimination gender,disability,religion,sexual orientation,age,member of traveller group,civil status,family status,ethnic group the gay sauna club avoids this legislation based on the fact that only gay people will be using the premises and are only then subject to health and safety and hygiene and fire regulation's by local authority . hope this clears things up by the way these clubs are not licensed to sell alcohol but if you bring your own no law has been broken. hope this helps in some way .
