sure you have a warranty on it... bring it back.

Maybe you shouldn't download all that porn

download ccleaner and try that. mine was the same til it was installed and it helped it speed up a lot more. cleared all the unnecessary crap while important files etc were left alone.

It maybe cause there is a low memory in the laptop... What maybe best is to delete your history of Internet usage and to delete files and programs you do not use... Or and transfer files to a usb stick... I think you just need to clear space...

I'm not expert... Maybe someone else might agree.

CCleaner is good and free

Unfortunately it's not helping my old laptop that much anymore. Keep on having issues

By the way.... You should use system restore... But always save needed files to a usb stick before hand..

Could be a multitude of things ranging from program's installed, trial software, to a certain type of Anti-virus and strength of settings, to even faulty chip or RAM....

Try uninstalling any trial crap (usually pre installed on new laptops/PCs)

Get yourself an external hard drive, transfer all photos, movies, music, large files over onto it.Delete any copies off your lappy, remove Norton anti-virus and replace it with AVgfree 2015,download and install Ccleaner run/scan.

Then go into "mt computer, hover over "C" drive, go into properties look for "defragment" run that.Power off and power back on after.

You now owe me a few pints

You have too many programs running at the same time slows everything down like printer /antivirus some of your programs will be running in the background without you knowing

Maybe the lack of porn is the problem

How often do you turn it off? Like totally off, not just close the cover?

Open the start menu, type in msconfig and select the start up tab. Turn off anything that doesn't sound important. There's loads of stuff that runs in the background that you never use. Programs will take slightly longer to open because they won't be sitting in the background already half opened in preparation for you but computer will work quicker.

I can't take all the credit, I was under careful supervision but I type much better than Mr. Sausage fingers. I could probably wing it btw! You guys always make things look more complicated than they are.
