Id go with by far my strongest part of me,my hands.served me well in sport. When i grab a guys collar in jiujitsu,if they know me,even the gorilla guys don't waste their energy trying to break my grip. Same rock climbing,can hang there with just a couple of fingers.i've seen guys do it with 1 finger tho
