So after two weeks of rushing and racing about the place, eating as i please and drinking a little never a lot, january 5th sees the return to the gym and my normal five sessions a week. I am anticipating much pain, much agony and wayyyyyyyy to much food cravings. Anyone else dreading the effects of the past few weeks rest and relaxation? Or has everyone else been sensible and done a little workout over the festive season. Only workout I'll have had will be sexercise so at least the squats wont hurt too much lol

Lol isnt it bad when we are thinking about it a week in advance lol. In fairness i could probably hit the gym for an hour or two over the next week or even put in some time on the bags but i guess im in denial lol or just bloody lazy.

My goal in 2015 is to accomplish the goals I set out in 2014 which I should have done in 2013 because I made a promise in 2012 and planned it all in 2011

Lol i always associate pelvic thrusts with the finisher of deadlifts and god knows its distraction enough to keep me going with a little smile on my face, especially when my trainer stands behind me and I'm wondering, is he checking out my ass same as i do to him hehehehehe

Lol he tends to get tongue tied a lot of the time when i start saying stuff lol. I tend to speak my mind before my brain kicks in lol. In fact several times ive been responsible for him and other trainers having to stop a class because everyones in knots at something i have said in complete innocence

I did the same with a new pair of footy boots. Should have worn the old ones. Sprints in the cold is like razor blades on the throat!

To be fair i cant wait to get back to it, i really need to release some aggression on the bags but i am dreading the pains after the release lol. Have a rather tough task master myself although sometimes i am harder on me than he is lol. I hate letting myself down so the next four weeks of training will be a major push
