That's the attitude that has us in this mess in the first place

the hostage taker was out on bail for accessory to murder and numerous sexual assault charges,like the guy who murdered that Irish girl in Perth i think it was

im all for ppls civil rights but on serious charges there shouldn't be bail just fast track the person to court as soon as possible imo

You are too right there! It's really ridiculous. It's highlights how rotten and corrupted the legal system of most of the world is! Where money it's way more important than people lives. It might sound horrible buy in extreme cases I support dead sentence! You take someone's life you pay with your own simple, if you steal you get your hands.chopped off wouldn't that be a good deterrent

Check out the success of the death sentence in the US. It's so successful they literally have no crime at all. Saudi Arabia is another one of those really happy balanced societies where things get chopped and lopped with gay abandon!
