Normally I just put in a podcast and I'm off but tonight nothing will help me sleep.ive tried white noise too.. This is 4 nights in a row that I haven't slept.I'm workin in auto pilot now...

Morning. Damn I'm wide awake now. I slept really well for 6 hrs and now I'm awake. It's going to be a great day at work as it's Christmas jumper day and we'll also do something for a charity. So I'm all excited but I need a bit more sleep!!!
