"I had my first fall off my bicycle today.... I scraped my right knee, scraped the top of my thigh on my right side....it's a little bit swollen....I also sprained my right shoulder a little bit.....

Id be more worried about who saw a grown woman fall off her bike id have got back in the saddle and peddled as fast as i could away "haha ha!! There were a group of guys doing work on the park, they saw it all...I was mortified!! lol! In fairness, the road was very slippery and that's why I fell....  | |||

"Glad you're ok. It's an awful feeling. The first fall is always the worst. Get back in the saddle straight away, only way to do it! I came off my bike during a road race last year. Skin rash on my knee, thigh, elbow stomach and face but thankfully I had a helmet on. Oh and a car missed my head by about 2 foot! Happy cycling!" OMG you were lucky! | |||
