Think it's coz I put the heating blanket on my bed last night and was so toasty going to sleep! Already counting down till I can come home and hop back in

Morning all! I slept quite well too. I started to do some meditation before going to bed, use some lavender oil and listen to white noise... seems to be working!!

I still don't want to go to work though... is there an oil to cure that?? lol
