As some of the regular forum might know about a previous post where I mentioned some problems I was going through.

Today I finally joined the gym and even tho I'm tired I feel fucking fantastic after it ha. Sorry had to get it off my chest

I was in foul form all day so I just knew it had to be a gym day even though iv been avoiding it lately and I'm on top of the world now having gone! Keep it up, it does the world of good!

It was suggested to me that the gym is do much better compared to meds etc and even after one day I can see why lol

You're buzzing from your first visit to the gym,we all do but the hard bit is to keep it up after the buzz has gone.most ppl never stick at it

my advice is pick out a weekly routine of training and stick to it,no matter what,if you miss 1 day because u don't feel up to it u will regularly miss days.
