This equates to romance, does it not? Romance is brilliant when you truly care for the one you're with, both on an emotional and physical level.

Foreplay on the swinging scene, in my not so humble opinion, involves tugging on each others bits for 10 to 15 minutes, maybe 20 if it's going well and then partake in the auld sexual relations.

Sex on the swinging side of life does not have to be so mechanical and straight forward. Just because one does no look for a romance within the lifestyle does not mean that one cannot seek passion and flirt and proper sensual foreplay. I guess, every person has a different preference and that is OK. Swinging sex for me means that after all is done, I pack my things and say good bye, without hoping to see her in the vanilla world. It is just sex in more variety of configuration (to the standard mf sex) with usually more adventurous and openminded people. But it definitely does not exclude good warm up before the naughty business takes place.
