What inspires you to motor on???

This morning I was doing my track run but I picked up the wrong iPod when leaving the house and it had the rocky album on it.i pressed play and I ran that track like a bat outta hell and it felt great.

For me it's knowing I am rich compares to those less fortunate I've a lot to he thankful for family friend's money (not enough) clothes heat in my house food in my belly a job and most important my health

Presently reading a Bob Marley biography and have recently downloaded a couple of his albums that I have lost along the way. Musical genius. Inspired all over again.

That despite how ill I am atm and how shitty I may feel on days like today that it will all be worth it in the end. I will be healthy again and I will be happier than I've ever been in my life soon enough

Other than that, chocolate keeps me going

Has to be the best song for a workout...anytime I hear it I just wanna run around the streets shadow boxing n running up random stairs
