massage therapist,help!

Im looking for a good massage therapist around dublin inner city or northside.

Anyone suffer with back pain?i have middle/lower back pain due to my job and im wondering would a regular massage help?

I do exercise also

massage can give temporary relief for sure! I would probably google it.

But if you really have problems with your back I recommend seeing a chiropractor. Mine really fixed my back and I was in awful pain. Swimming really helps as well with back pain.

I was gona gobsee a chiropractor but iv heard so many horror stories about people been in worse pain after been to see one....probably all lies.

Im not much of a swimmer i tend to look like im drowning and need rescuing

if you're interested I can recommend you mine.

you could do Aqua Aerobics in the shallow water! Most participants will be ladies 40+ and I'm sure they'll love a young man with them haha

What's your job? If it involves a lot of sitting you can developed an imbalance in the strength of the muscles around your hips and legs. Which would put strain on your lower back, massage of those areas would help loosen them out and give temporary relief but you would need to do some exercise to sort the imbalance.

God think I could do with a massage or something my back is in bits since yesterday boss even done an ergonomic assessment of my work station.

Im a machine operator so im sitting for four hpurs at a time.....im booked in to a place today in swords....fingers crossed

Good YouTube video called limber 11.. 11 exercises to improve flexibility n help with back pain especially good for people who sit all day due to work..
