I'm a keen runner and will be taking part in races around the country wonder is there any other runners on here that might be also competing that we could possibly meet up while I'm down at the different races?

I have been chatting and messaging lots of runners here. . . They regularly run in opposite direction or far away places though. . . . .

Lol ....... The plan here is to actually run in the same direction with a naughty plan after the race !!!

I'm a competitive runner and a running coach. I started my own club. There are 2 ex fabbers in it that I coached from couch to 5k

. I've spoken to a lot of people who run and swing. Running and swinging is the perfect lifestyle in my book

Happy days but I think running and swinging at the same time could be a bit dodgy and not appreciated by other competitors!!

Fair play on setting up the club I must keep an eye on races in limerick so

There are races on most weekends in Limerick. Did one this morning another one tomorrow. 2 next weekend, half marathon and cross country. Plenty of hot women there too.

How could you even cycle without knees? Sure your legs wouldn't bend at all. That's bound to be tricky.

My knees didn't go anywhere. They are still where they should be.

Learn something new on here every day......some people are into feet or watersports and now some people get turned on by running.

Each to their own and all that.....

Goatstown

I competed in 5Ks, triathlons and a few marathons over the last decade, Unfortunately almost 2 years ago my lateral ligaments in the right knee got too damaged to continue being competitive. I go for an occasional 5K now and then.
