hi guys ,

would be very grateful if anyone could help me out.

i just want to ask dose anybody know how much it cost to get a house build and roof on with out plaster or anything else?

have no plans yet but want to get a better knowledge and idea of what i am thinking of stepping into

so be it a two story or a bungalow would just love to hear

How long is a piece of string? you need to give a lot more info than that. Is the site rural or urban? Floor area? Is site already serviced? 1 or 2 stories? Etc

Depends on where your building in the country material costs differ, the council will tell you whether it will be a single or two storey but the other option is go dormer. Builders have began to up there prices again due to work demand

What an ignorant answer that is. I'm pretty sure the guy knew it was a swingers site before he signed up.the public forum can have absolutely anything on it and it was a general question.if you didn't think it was appropriate then you should have just moved onto the next thread.unless you thought you could just slag the guy and people would back you up.
