Post a new thread when I have the females in their groups and know the types / preferences etc and I will take it from there

Once The men are shortlisted and a date set.

then we will have predrinks at a secret location and the final selection will be made there

The ladies have the final say in who makes the final cut !

Il have the cv's well researched prior to any invitation for a pre-meet drink !
