Advice for my profile pic

Hey all.. So I'm looking to put up a profile pic but can't be my face. No problem sending a face pic in private later. I had the cock pic but as I was rightly advised this can do more bad than good. I have a few extra pounds so always feel if I put up body pic that will be worse than cock pic. Any advice ?
