In all fairness though, if you put up a post like the above you have to be prepared for someone to take the piss. Would you not have expected it?

.

This is not an attempt at abusing anyone or starting a row. It's a serious comment. If you said that down the pub you'd be abused for the rest of the night!

Ah here MM, that would assume that the piss take merchants could take it as well as dish it. History shows that they usually can't.(present company excepted).

There's piss taking and there's constant negativity. There's a difference. But that's your thing

Dad's prerogative to fret over daughters. It's all in the mind.

Well considering the REAL rovers aren't in it this year it will be a bit of a bore.

In fairness its a great day. The tickets are 10 euro for adults and 5 for kids so if you ever wanted a cheap way to see the Aviva its the day for it. And its real soccer played by real people not this ballerina crap that goes on across the water.

And ahem, for those of you yawning about boring Irish soccer. It was top of the sports news last week that the last member of the committee to pick the next Captain of the Ryder Cup will be chosen between now and January. Why don't they go the whole hog and post pics of what these golfers poo looks like?
