I Have recently wondered what distance are people prepared to travel to meet others on fab. Is it different if it's a coffee meet. I have said a hour is farthest I would go but do people go further?

God yes. It depends on how much you want to meet that person.

For the right guy, I'd travel all day to see him.

I'd want to meet at a social or M&G but once I'd met them and knew we'd clicked, I'd definitely be willing to travel. Sadly it doesn't happen very often that we both escape the minions (aka our adorable children) together

Definitely depends on how much u are into meeting and like other people said when u have kids it takes planning but in the past has been worth the travel

I would only go a certain distance and halfway depending.

somewhere out there

We have traveled to galway from belfast, dublin derry cork, birmingham once we know we are going to have fun, and we can afford it, it keeps it away from our doorstep to many nosy people around here, so we get to travel and have fun along the way xxx

During the summer I travelled to Kerry for a meet, it took me 3 hours to get there, it wasn't a fantastic meet, just barely ok!

After that, I promised I wouldn't travel a long distance again, instead just meeting locally, 50 miles approx is the furthest I'd be prepared to travel!

I wouldn't have a problem with travelling at all . . Just to get time to get away that is suitable for both is the tricky bit. . Most of the country is only a few hours at most. . . And i love driving

South

Never travel, never have to, really, as there are a majority of people on here in Dublin, so no need to go too far, I did travel to Blanch once or twice. Had a meet in Donegal but that was tying in with work I was doing there, otherwise would not have travelled. Spoilt for choice in Dublin, and not only on Fab!! But as always, it is quality above quantity with me, so I can choose to be selective.

I've traveled south and west for meets and they were well worth the journeys don't know how feasible travel will be over the next few months but would definitely consider it

I've travelled twice for initial meets, both disasters so swore never again!

I've travelled since but to meet Fab friends or people I had already met

I don't mind travelling as long as I've known the person I'm meeting and have travelled for a met
