What's the best supplements to get big . I know sexercise is best but can't get much of that so any tricks to get big . I take horny goat (permanent hardon) there anything else

All depends how far you want to go. Deca and test 12 week course with anavar would see some serious gains

I used some caffeine supplements before and some nos ones. I thought they worked okay, but I am not big so I dunno.

All I know is what works for one person might not work too well for another, depends what your chemical balance is in your body already.

iv known a few lads hat juiced over the years its really not worth it yeah you will get gains but keeping the gains is a different story and the serious side effects just are not worth it

You can argue both sides of it,i done a course a few years ago with the correct pct and sufferd no side effects,slight rage out bursts but thats about it....each to their own

You see this is why guys shouldnt be giving out half baked advice.no offence

you are getting 2 things mixed up,everyone suffers a drop in natural test production after a cycle and yes a proper pct helps but im talking about something different caused by using certain androgenic steroids,mainly deca and trenbelone,but deca is way worse and it can last 6 to 18 months

Also want to add that anything you want and need to know about deca and test cycles is online for anyone to to do their own research.so i would like to think that somebody wouldnt go take steroids because i mentioned it on a swingers forum.

Not arguing fab guy either just saying my experience. And believe me it was a horrible experience. Deca stopped me in my tracks about 10 years ago wen i was at my rampant best

And the effects of deca arent an opinion they are facts

nearly all steroids are test based and make u a horny goat but not those androgenic few,deca and tren

I agree i waa a walking hard on for 6 months,i didnt get any real side effects myself but i have seen them with friends of mine.depends on the doseage and the person i suppose
