"An open letter to the board. Recently I've taken on my biggest demon. The mid week tipple. 6 or 7 days a week I would have a glass of wine or beer. I've now decided to clean up my act. Winter nights are my weakness, I retreat to the comfort of a hug from a big Bordeaux red. I need to replace to mid week glug. What do I drink? Green tea? Coffee?? Water???"
