Ok . . Might look here and get some of your suggestions. . . At the moment i'm halfway through a very lucrative all or nothing six week contract . . . I can't hire help because of insurance and its 17 or 18 hours seven days. . . Any tips for keeping my energy levels in top shape and avoiding burnout. . . . Thanks in advance. .

I used to do mad shifts doing security the only way i managed was fresh air , every now and then while on breaks and a healthy lunch or snack. I found the energy drinks rubbish and coffee a joke so i drank plenty off water hope this helps.

Don't use energy drinks etc. .. They will cause your body more grief. Eat sensibly.. loads of water and try short relaxation breaks. . Good luck!
