Now it wasn't hard but it was far from easy. Some advice for you lot doing it tomorrow. Eat plenty of salt to save cramps. Don't slide down the banks of the muddy mile on your Ass. Other than that what a great laugh I had today. Roll on grand band Monday.

I did indeed and I'm now the very proud owner of a finisher t shirt and a orange head band. Just need to make that a green one now
