Do you remember the days when you could buy a 1/4 of sweets and those chocolate bars the shops just don't sell any more....and every one says how mars bars and wagon wheels used to be much bigger, so what do you miss or not seen in ages....

after posting up this forum, is it the sweets we miss or the happy days of child hood that we are really longing after.....makes you wonder, the sweets that you cant get any more is our closing memory of when we were a child, just a thought xx

Its amazing how when you were a child you really did feel you had the choice of the world when you had a 20 pence piece for your sweets, those brown paper bags and the anticipation and walks with friends home from school, why did we all ever have to grow up........flying saucers and the scrunching of faces from the fizz, happy days

Black jacks and fruit salad, think there was a apple one too. It would feckin take you 5 minutes to peel off the paper wrapper, i even remember myself and lads eating the paper and all on the ones we couldn't unwrap

....Those were the days!!

The fizzle sticks had to be hard though, snap off when you bit it. I hated when they were soft and crumbly.
