So today I'm initiating something that is long overdue. It's too private and personal to share details. Although I do wonder if my sharing may help someone else.

It may have some unwanted side effects but I think it's for the best. And probably some people will try to talk me out of it.

So this morning I'm nervous, excited, worried, hopeful and afraid
