blinds, no blinds, same difference... I hate june/july/august, and occasional september full moons

ok, I have actually not expressed myself properly...

its not the actual moonlight, its the full moon, in general, over summer months, cloudy or not, blinds or not...

well the only proper cure seems to be a bit of "exercise" before going to sleep, otherwise its a restless night for me
