we always have the feel good song , the gym songs etc but this time we can we have the songs that you listen to when your in refection or just plain sad ?

heres mine

rot orbison - in dreams, played at me fathers funeral

juliet turner - broken things

Guns N' Roses - November Rain

Gerry & The Pacemakers - You'll Never Walk Alone played at too many of my friends funerals.

this was played at my father in laws. .. He and I were the best of friends... Still miss him.

If tomorrow never comes was played at my mum's. . Can't hear it still without crying

Whitney Houston's was my mum and dad's song and was played at his funeral too. Now that does make me gurn.

We play catchy tunes at family funerals..Mambo Italiano and That's Amore were two songs my dad squealed tunelessly..at his funeral we were reminded how they should have been sung!

My town

Another song that gets me and to this day I'm so very proud of her is the song 'the climb' my daughter has autism but loves hannah Montana and uses to sing the song from start to finish. .

Little does she know how true the words are to her. It's very true the words but my proudest moment her singing it.

Unfortunately an adaptation of a true story. Haunting when she sings it, still makes me well up when I hear it.
