"Our rugby doctor dips a bandage in milk and wraps the affected area tells us to leave it as long as possible. I use arnica after and bruising is usually gone the next day. I dunno what the milk does but i guess it works on some people" mmm nothing to lose. . Wonder how it works?

As I said it works on me but not everyone, sure it's worth a go

" I think this is what's called a 'Poultice' it's usually bread and milk though (sometimes onion too). Old wives remedy. The penicillin in the mold on the bread and the bacteria in the milk are supposed to have some combined heeling effect. Not sure if it works for everything though. But always worth a try! I think most holistic treatments like these are more about PMA.
