Erectile Disfunction Amnesty

So I know this can be a big problem for some men and the pressure to perform only heightens the problem. Many men suffer in silence but I firmly believe a problem shared is a problem halved

The idea of this thread is to allow any men who suffer, to talk about it in confidence without fear of ridicule which will hopefully relieve the pressure and enable them to perform like the stallion they once were

while under depression and stress this happens very often and as you say it is harder to perform when needed -)

yoga and some mighty podcast did solve my stress and depression.

so can only say, don't be shy and talk about it

I've no bother getting it up, the only time it wouldn't was if there's no chemistry or I'm not attracted to the person.

Some men find it very difficult to talk about. Even to their own local doctor. Patience and understanding if in a stable relationship. Theres a multitude of reasons,,be it health or the fact that some cruel person said something to him and his confidence has been totally shattered because of that. Theres no need for ridicule in that department but you always have smartass comments from the self confident. Sheesh!

From a ladies point of view ... i have found that the whole build up to sex can be quite overwhelming especially when its been antisispated (spelt wrong i know ) for quiet sometime...... Even us ladies get stage fright from time to time
